1. Who can register for a Parent+ account?
Parents or guardians of academy-level players who have been officially released by their clubs.
2. What documents are required for registration?
You must upload your child’s official release letter from the academy/club. A recent player photo and match video link are also recommended.
3. Can players register by themselves?
Players under 18 must register through a parent or guardian. Players 18+ may apply directly but must still provide official release documentation.
4. How long does approval take?
All applications are reviewed by the Broadwater Global Talent (BGT) team. Approvals typically take 3–5 working days, depending on verification.
5. What happens after my registration is approved?
Once approved, your child’s profile will be listed in the Player Portal, making it visible to verified clubs and scouts.
6. Is there any cost for parents to register?
No. Parent+ registration and player applications are completely free.
7. Can I update my child’s profile later?
Yes. Parents can log in anytime to upload new videos, update player stats, or replace old documents.
8. Who can see my child’s information?
Only verified Clubs (Access+/Clearance+ members) and BGT Admin can view player profiles. Other parents or players cannot see your child’s data.
9. What if my documents are rejected?
You will receive a notification with the reason. You can re-upload the correct files to continue your application.
10. Can international players register?
Yes. Players from outside the UK can register if they provide valid release documentation.
